‘Writers On Hold’ is an online new writing series created by The Alchemist Theatre Company and supported by Arts Council England.

 

This is a platform for new writing and was created in response to the current Coronavirus crisis and the effect it’s having on the creative industry. Over three weeks, three women will share extracts from three new projects that we have been supporting which are now on hold.

​

One day we will see each production performed on stage, but while the theatres may be closed, we will continue to nurture and develop new work in new ways.
